Pros

They will provide your clients. They do reimbursement for school.

Cons

Quick turn around of BT and BCBA. They accommodated schedule to include lunch break but only when requested. Protocols during covid to clean Center were lacking. Kids and staff got sick often. And when you don't have a session you don't get paid.

The safety of our clients and our staff is absolutely our first priority. We have extensive (mandatory) protocols, supplies, and resources for all our centers and in-home staff regarding safety. All staff are required to maintain these practices and/or report any issues. We take all feedback seriously and if they are found to have merit, we take action to correct any issues.

Made some friends here. The kids are awesome.

Cons

Management is money hungry. If a client is sick, they will do anything and everything to keep them there which gets us techs sick. Lots of drama. Unequal pay. And lots of unprofessionalism
