Pros
Autonomy in decision making within settings, but no guidance on decision making and no support from management. Current Practice Manager tries hardest and genuinely cares, but has no back up from other management. Copays and deductibles are written off for employees if use in-system providers. Good for base experience to move on to a higher paying job with another company.
Cons
Nepotism is basis for pay raises and advancing. No support, upper level management provides no help or support, no guidance. Employees are often ignored for questions/concerns. Job training is non-existent- other poorly trained staff training new hirees and video training. Wages are poor and expectations are high. Communication is the absolute worst.
