There are no pros unfortunately.

Cons

Sadly this is one of the poorest ran companies. Management doesn’t know how to lead, this company gives no paid PTO or sick time off unless you’ve been there a full year, which is ridiculous. There is also a very poor pay scale and no room for advancement.
