Pros

In Lexidy there is a hiper paced innovation workplace where you will be challenged to come up with better ways to do your job and support company’s growth. I’m the process the company provide many tools for self-development. The teams are made of amazingly talented and great individuals.

Cons

By the nature of then business model there is constant change and sometimes is hard to keep up.

Pros

The company has extremely challenging environment, flexibility and constant movement. Is a company for those who wants to learn fast, apply new tools and gain experience. It’s nothing like a “standard” law firm, but rather reminded me of a start up.

Lack of stability, structural and operational changes every quarter
