Pros

Middle Management cares so much about their people! There is no doubt about that. There are those few in the Maryland office that keep the business running and afloat IN SPITE of their CEO/ President!

Cons

Upper management is so busy putting out fires with the President of the company that they cannot even offer any help, Training, advice, and knowledge to assist with contract proposals, etc. When you make no money as a company, you can't maintain employees that are willing to put up with the mistreatment. If you can put up with belittlement in front of her teenage daughter then this company is for you. Freaking benefits are unaffordable for ANYONE!

I can't really think of anything good to say about my experience with the company.

Cons

Poor management, lack of communication, benefits aren't that great, supervisors/management don't try to form bonds with their employees, hard to advance/grow in the company
