A lot of drama and the drama changes every day

Cons

Crazy CEO with wild mood swings. Never know if she will yell or be nice. Everyone is on pins and needles, and not afraid to throw anyone under the bus

Salary is high but not worth it.

Cons

Toxic environment that is run with dictatorship! Starts out like a dream and quickly turns into a nightmare without warning. Required to do a high level of work without needed tools and resources. Worst working experience I’ve ever had and resulted in my experiencing PTSD.
