Pros
probably the most "family-like" and supportive team I've been on, I'm sure this varies somewhat by department but overall the company has a much smaller and more family feel than you'd expect for its size
Cons
still some right hand/left hand issues where one site doesn't seem to know what the other's up to, some kinks in growing from smaller silos in places like agriculture into making the kind of kits for general use that customers really want....some of the old guard is having to learn a few new tricks
