Pros
Good colleagues, always willing to help even with high workload
Cons
Where do I start Once you start on a salary, expect to be on that salary forever Promotion given on the basis of favouritism, Please do take care not to get on the wrong side of any manager, that will impact your promotion forever. No pay rises, unless you are willing to stay late till 9pm every day of your life! Even then , the pay rise is pathetic to say the least Also if they don't like someone, they will invent something or the other to lay them off, and of course they follow the rules. So you have no case. Anybody they don't want, they lay them off , with no explanation apart from due to lack of Budget. They hire lots of young people so they can pay extremely small salary, and they justify that, by saying you are still training even after 2 years. Obviously there is high staff turnover due to this. Management don't care, they know they can get hire lots of kids to do the job, especially in this pandemic with lack of jobs So good to get experience but make sure you leave soon, otherwise this company will make you doubt your confidence in yourself
