Pros
The people you work WITH there are great people and some of the best people i have ever met. Though with a high turn over of staff this could all be different now.
Cons
Everything else. Pay, benefits, training, job progression (unless you sleep with a manager), who are two faced, double standards, ready to stab you in your back, always watching you with a timer. I have never been in a meeting where the CEO or higher management has been so hated by there staff after there talk (and this happens in most of their meetings). The staff turn over is high needless to say.
