      Pros

      It’s a very relaxing environment very good first step toward bio tech everyone that works there is either promoted to management or moved to different company, great coworkers you’ll make a lot of friends. Managers are understanding and could easily talk to them

      Cons

      They’re no clear growth paths, and a lot of glass ceiling where you can’t get promoted or they put dumb excuses not to promote you, pay is below average on what other companies offer, very slow days, and very often lay off. Management is constantly push by corporate to push for sales which makes them stress and go off on employees for no reason.

The commercial side of the business remains highly adaptable to change, constantly seeking innovative approaches to equip the sales team with cutting-edge selling techniques and fostering personal and professional development.

      Significant operational inefficiencies hinder productivity. There are instances where our focus shifts more towards internal inquiries and administrative tasks rather than direct customer engagement. Additionally, the slow release of new products and consistently flawed launches pose challenges for the team
