      Growing Business. Role gave great commercial experience.

      Cons

      Growth was acquisition based rather than growing existing business. High percentage of enforced turnover. Chief Executive, Head of Divisions and Divisional Finance Director roles regularly replaced.

      Unfortunately there aren't any pros for this company.

      Cons

      Bullying, extreme high turnover of staff. HR and senior management do absolutely nothing to deal with bullying and intimidation. Vast amount of staff past and present suffering with anxiety and depression. High sick leave. Management refuse to tackle any complaints. Short staffed and very over worked. It was the worst company I have ever experienced. Disgraceful how they treat staff.
