      Not a nice place to work

      None at all I'm afraid. It was a traumatic experience....

      Cons

      Bullying widespread and tolerated. No training, never told how to do your job and castigated if you asked. Never worked anywhere quite like it before or since, terrible. The person whose job I took had lasted 5 months, I managed 4...enough said. When any concerns were aired they were dismissed flippantly. I now work with a well run organization where I am happy and can retrospectively see how abysmal it was

      Pros

      LGC is a fast growing organisation, which means that for employees, there is plenty to do, learn and discover. Never a dull moment for anyone who wants to be involved in projects.

      Cons

      I don't have anything to add in this part. No company is completely perfect and if there is anything I am unhappy with, I know I can discuss with my manager.

      Cold, quiet and sterile environment. Too corporate for my liking.
