Well, the management doesn't care about you. They make you believe they do, but really all they care about is numbers. Pay is terrible, and they started hiring new employees at more than I was making- when brought up to my immediate supervisor she shrugged her shoulders and said sorry to hear that, then never talked about it again. She is up her boss' butt so much she doesn't actually realize how much of a joke the entire rest of the company thinks she is. The only way you can succeed in this company is if you are a favorite of one of the bosses. If your not, they will find a way to get rid of you. I worked there for 2 years, when I first started there were some employees who had been there for multiple years. By the end of my time there, I was the longest-running employee in this woman's department. She thinks she's queen bee, when in reality she is a laughing stock. Everything with her is personal, even though she says it's not. And if you disagree with one of her little minions she will fire you.

Awful pay, way below the typical average for the region. Projects were poorly managed by team leaders, and pushed a lot of stress onto lower employees.
