Pros

honestly unless the treatment of techs improve, I do not see any pros.

Cons

They do not invest in the lower level employees only the managers. They treat the lower level employees like minions who do not matter.

Pros

- relaxed atmosphere - friendly coworkers - hands-on work

Cons

- benefits aren't great - hasn't kept up with the market, *extremely* low pay - Middleton site has gone through 3 rounds of firing multiple people in 2023 alone, and is openly planning another one. Not based remotely on work value or performance, not because the company isn't doing well (it's hitting record profits) but to make shareholders happy.

Stressful enviroment

Pros

They at least provide some benefits like mediocre health insurance. You will learn how to do many jobs besides the one you were hired for. Some of the best coworkers I have ever had.

Cons

Very high turnover rate with back to back layoffs on top of that. Its a stressful environment that can easily have you wearing many hats. This company asks all of your loyalty with none in return. I was told in a meeting about our future job security that, "No job is safe and here at LGC it isn't any different".
