      Pros

      I can pay my mortgage? This company was a great place to work only a few years ago.

      Cons

      Pay is lacking, they can only afford to pay young scientists fresh out of college. Absolute worst communication from management I've ever dealt with. Morale is extremely low. Unreasonable amount of work with unreasonable timetables.
