Few people trying to keep this company up and going Industrial experience for graduates Growing business

Cons

Poor pay (salary range is below market rates especially when a Masters degree doesn't count) Many young and less experience people work there in order to get the work done without any recognition Long working hours Bad Location (no transportation) No bonuses No restaurant for a site of this size (>400)

Really can't think of any.

Cons

Bad management who think it's acceptable to bully and patronise staff. Lack of training - hire people from non-scientific backgrounds and expect them to do scientific jobs without sufficient training. Wages do not reflect what is expected of staff. Some junior members of staff were lovely but treated abysmally by senior staff. Worst place I have ever worked by a mile and it was a massive relief to leave.
