Family, like culture and coworkers became friends. Direct supervisors and managers wanted the best for their employees. Good Work being done and the trend is going up for more production.

Cons

Higher leadership had a mindset of big pictures and often forgot about the boots on the ground, leading to disgruntled employees. Low Pay.
