      Growth was acquisition based rather than growing existing business. High percentage of enforced turnover. Chief Executive, Head of Divisions and Divisional Finance Director roles regularly replaced.

      LGC provides exposure and access to a wide range of analytical techniques and experts to help drug development. They are very flexible with working hours and accommodating personal circumstances even last minute. Great scientists to work with on a daily basis across LGC.

      The pace of work is very fast, mostly problem solving and customers are demanding and add pressure.
