      Pros

      Safefood 360: No pros, Rude boss and team with no patience. Will force you to know everything on the day 1. Need to improve and change the management.

      Cons

      Long working hours. No support from team and management. Rude team and boss. Very impatient people out there. Stay away guys if you want to save your carrier. Bit unfair to foreigners.

      Remote working and reasonable package.

      Cons

      Frustratingly slow-moving organisation where it is a struggle to get anything done due to seemingly constant blockers, many of which are self-inflicted by cumbersome processes. Weak management. Little co-ordination between departments. Patronising box-ticking performance reviews hung up on archaic ideas about conforming to buzzwords by which to live your corporate life.
