-Growing is a volatile time for new employees into a new department. Especially one without proper/clear Terms of Reference when covering all of Canada and Quebec. - Steep learning curve Quebec is one way the rest of canada is another - Very junior Managers for the new team. He was very good at his job but does not necessarily make a good manager as he is not clear when speaking and bases your Logibec contract experience on himself. - Was let go even though I had the highest sales in the team (starting off the quarter) and had a challenging position as I covered all of Canada where the rest of the team worked only Quebec. Once again lacking Terms of Reference. - Current manager made poor comment about our director, saying that she was new and did not know. IE passing the blame for things he ought to handle - No Commission Structure and fired people for asking about it. As I said they are growing and changing.

Micromanagement, overworked, underpaid. It's the worst job experience I had.
