Great people, semi monopoly, fair comp, impressive sales opportunities

Cons

Oudated products, highly complex structure and sales process, not customer centric. Most of the customers want to get rid of logibec as a IT supplier. In sales dep you evoluate in a rigid environnent where you cannot feel confident. Not a place to innovate. There si no room for error, no training nor coaching. Impossible to maintain a work-life balance.
