Free coffee, free lunches on Thursday

Cons

Deceitful Sales System, Cheesy sales style, terrible management. It's the LGI way or nothing. That's fine, but the LGI hasn't been working for SW Florida for awhile. Zero flexibility with the way things are done even if they are failing.
