Pros

I have never worked for a more structured sales organization where the sales people come first. Everything from LGI’s culture, sales process, and leadership is amazingly strong. There is no guessing when it comes to LGI, everything is in your manual, literally everything.

Cons

Get ready to put in the work. If you’re looking for a 9-5 job with weekends off, this may not be the job for you.
