      These guys have home building figured out!! LGI has an awesome system in place to ensure your success. They truly want to see every employee be successful, and hold monthly goal sessions to help you reach your own professional and personal goals. LGI has a set of core values, that are more than just words on paper! They actually uphold their core values (which is refreshing)! If you are fortunate enough to be offered employment here, you definitely need to accept! They are loyal to all employees, and really do take care of us. I am looking forward to a long career here and will definitely retire from here.

      compensation (when paid) thursday afternoon lunch given weekly paid time off

      Cons

      good old boy club to get promoted adore to hire management from the outside (average turnover is 6 months) appraisal issues (means you do not get paid) at times feels like a "mom & pop" home builder
