They really focus on positive attitudes and culture. Standards for EVERYTHING they do. No need to bring your own ideas, if its not in the book, put it on the shelf mentality.

Cons

Focus on sales staff, not construction staff. Way lower pay for the field superintendents than the sales staff.

Pros

Good training, good recruiting events. They really had a nice onboarding experience for new employees. They do a great job at recognizing success. Great goal setting each month.

Cons

The sales process is way too strict. They doesn’t trust sales people with a lot of experience. If you land a good community your a rockstar. If you land bad communities your done.

Pros

LGI Homes has such a great work environment that is people focused. Your manager helps you to accomplish all of your business and personal goals. The culture and core values are upheld by all employees from the CEO all the way down to the interns. You will be able to spend time with the CEO, COO, and all upper level management, which is not something most companies do. Each and every employee feels important at work, and everyone is there for support.

Cons

I do not have any cons to talk about at this time! LGI is a great company to work for.
