Pros

The company culture is truly remarkable. Like nothing I've ever experienced. The leadership is top notch, people focused and it trickles down from the executives. Positivity runs very high throughout the company. LGI is seriously changing lives. No BS

Cons

The long hours can be tricky. It teaches you how to plan ahead.

Pros

if you are in a good community that sells you will make great money with bonuses and a free trip for two for 5 days

Cons

Marketing really sucks they dont know how to market at all. they always target low income prospects that no chance they would qualify to purchase and they dont take suggestions from anyone. too stubborn and too greedy. very poor quality homes

Thank you for leaving us a review. We are disappointed to hear your opinion on our marketing department. We have one of the most fantastic teams out there - they drove over 385,000 leads last year. We also guarantee all of our reps a minimum of 500 leads per week. Last year, we averaged 1,200+ leads per sales rep.

Pros

- great senior leadership who is incredibly accessible - opportunities to take on leadership positions pretty frequently

Cons

- I wish bonuses for non-sales employees were performance-based with a higher ceiling instead of loyalty-based (which they are now)
