Pros

Okay benefits, great team environment when the sales manager fosters one, good bonuses and employee recognition. Loved my time here under a great manager who of course then got promoted and replaced with someone that did not have the same people managing skills.

Cons

Office managers do the most work aside from construction managers and get paid the least. Micromanaging sales managers can make your life a living hell and cause you to loose all motivation. There is not too much room for advancement from this position. You either have to move to Houston and work at corporate for not much more money, or move laterally into sales.

Thank you for your feedback. It is disappointing to hear that you feel this way about our company. Overall, your comments to management are not a true reflection of our company or core values. We value employee’s feedback, both former and current, so we hope you shared these suggestions with HR during your exit interview. Best of luck.

Pros

Some Of the managers are really good and patient at training and developing employees.

Cons

Where do I start. This place is a house of cards waiting to burn. I think upper management has lost control a little by placing many middle managers in place who are devoid of any real talent. In corporate, there are probably 5-6 people who are worth keeping around but always seem to go unnoticed. The culture is a joke, full of cheesy unnecessary catch phrases and the culture is enforced only when it serves a purpose of management to make a decision but it is not lived out and exercised day in and day out.
