Thank you for the review. Our leadership team is committed to fostering a positive environment of personal and professional growth. Some of the language regarding your experience is strong, so hope you shared specific circumstances with our HR team during your exit. We value feedback from employees, both former and current, so we provide the exit interview as outlet to share your thoughts. Best of luck.

Pros

Great Health Benefits, Incentives for high performing sales employees

Cons

The mass efforts placed onto whoo-ing employees and customers alike - using company sell. Cult-like culture. Offer below standard pay scale within the area for non-sales employees. No work-life balance, discourtesy of personal time/time off. Misleading propagandize messages from upper management/corporate. Poor communication. The use of bullying/scare tactics from corporate executives. Discrete micromanagement. A lot of focus on minuscule/irrelevant office procedures - office politics (i.e. types of highlighters, font style, size, alignment, color, caps used in documents). Unethical behavior and sheer disrespect is a common phenomenon.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Your feedback regarding your experience is unacceptable, and certainly not a reflection of our company culture. We encourage you to reach out to leadership, as we would welcome a private conversation with you to find out how you became so dissatisfied. This is not feedback we typically hear, and we want to make sure you feel valued and appreciated as an employee. Thanks again, we hope to hear from you soon.
