      Pros

      Great company, focused on Constant and Never ending Improvement for the betterment of the Employee and the Organization. Truly a people focused culture. How many companies can state that the CEO and COO personally train their employees? How many employees can say that they have had dinner with the CEO of an industry leading organization at his home with his family? How many people can say that the CEO, COO, Regional Division President know the names of their employees' family members? I work for LGI Homes and I can say that my company, does these things. Tremendous growth opportunities both personally and professionally. Great culture, superior leadership, challenging and rewarding work environment. Great pay, benefits, and incentive programs. A truly game changing organization.

      Cons

      Only one: I wish I would have found LGI earlier in my career. If you're looking for the same old run of the mill, average, underperforming, mismanagement company; LGI Homes is not the company for you.

      LGI Homes truly has a phenomenal company culture and I'm so thankful to work for a company that values and rewards its team members. I say "team members" rather than employees, because that is the atmosphere working at LGI. Everything is a team effort! The leadership here is genuinely interested in helping you achieve not only your professional goals, but also your personal goals in life. It is refreshing to work with people who are so positive and enjoy coming to work everyday!
