Pros

People focused! The training is spectacular and is week to week, meaning it never ends. I was blessed to find a company that finally lives up to it's "Values."

Cons

Just like every other homebuilder, sales positions work weekends. Those are the money days! If you can handle that then I recommend joining the team.

Not worth it

Pros

Other than a line on your resume and a paycheck twice a month, very few pros to working for this company.

Cons

No respect for a work/life balance for any employees. Everyone is expected to work overtime and weekends with no recognition or appreciation.

We are always looking for ways to improve, so we do appreciate the direct feedback. Employee recognition is a huge part of our culture, so we apologize that you had this experience with our company. We pride ourselves on our people-focused atmosphere, so we hope that you discussed your disappointment with management during your time with us. Thank you again and best of luck.

Pros

I love being able to give customer's hope to become homeowners.

Cons

Leads are low income with terrible credit ...saw 2 FICO scores over 700 in two years. Most are lower than 550 Credit score.

Thank you for your feedback. It is certainly true that not every customer is qualified to purchase a home. The good news is that all of our Sales Consultants are fully trained to handle all situations. It’s not “if” you can purchase a home with us, but “when”. In fact, we have moved in over 16,000 families since our inception in 2003. Thank you again for your review, and best of luck!
