      Pros

      Great company to learn and grow with. Co-workers are very supportive of work and personal goals. Could not have asked for a better opportunity.

      Pros

      A main positive about LGI is its reliability. As a full-time employee, I'm privileged to say I work with amazing individuals and leaders nationwide who not only teach, but practice its core values. The positive and cultured environment instills LGI employees with the desire to grow every day, ultimately leading to recognition and vast upper level opportunities. If you’re willing to have an open mind, there is no mistake diving in head first with this company.

      This company changed my life!

      Pros

      This is the first company I have worked for that truly takes care of their employees! Training is phenomenal. We give you the tools to succeed!

      Cons

      The only downside is you must work the weekends in sales. If you work smart you can take 2 days off a week and make a very nice 6 figure income. (Something I was not accustomed to with my prior employers)
