Pros

There's no pros at all.

Cons

Lies from top to bottom and no accountability when the lies are exposed. Managers have a "I'm just doing what I'm told" attitude and they make a salary so they don't care. High turnover but they make you sign a non-compete to even get the job. You have to get a new car when clients don't ever get into your vehicle. Literally the entire staff in the community I in quit because we weren't making any money and wasting time contacting BS leads. Probably the most outdated sales system I've ever seen.

Pros

Kept a positive environment throughout. Set you up to be hired for a better builder due to there training.

Cons

You will go broke!!!!!!!!!!!!!! working for this company if you don't have 1yrs of income saved I would not recommend this job. You will need therapy after working here because you will go hard and never get anywhere but broke. You will need to purchase a brand new car with special insurance which they will need to be added as an interested party they only pay $325 towards car allowance/mobile so be prepare to deal with nothing but cockroaches leads that have 500 credit score they pitch rent to own program to get people in not really offering that program just a bunch of lies. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE YOU WILL WORK MANY HOURS AND YOU WILL BE MISERABLE!!!!! THEY SELL YOU DREAMS,
