Pros

Great benifits, and there is a proven system to train on and sell with. Everyone is very positive for the most part.

Cons

Certain communities don't fit the sales process 100% and LGI Homes should be quicker to adapt with the times.

Pros

The free snacks and trip to Texas for training

Cons

Everything, management, pressure to conform, work hours-sometimes 10 hours per day with no lunch break, no leadership structure, lies told to the sales staff, disrespect from the top down. Everyone in my subdivision quit within 6 months.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

Pros

Stay away from this company! They are nothing more than an elaborate pyramid scheme. Everyone from top to bottom is an absolute scam artist, they treat their customers like the scum of the Earth and their employees even worse. Do yourself a favor and apply at a real builder!

Cons

From day 1 the company boasts about being openly racist and does not fail to live up to that expectation. Every ounce of marketing that comes out of this company is an absolute scam, I'm shocked that they don't see more legal trouble. Their craftsmanship is awful, customer service is nonexistent, the entire business model is turn em and burn em - not just their customers but their employees too. The turnover rate is astounding, they hire 400 new employees every year and still stay the same size - do the math!
