      Pros

      Culture, Pay, Recognition and a reasonable quota.

      Cons

      Depending on the market you are in and leadership you get, you will experience one of 2 things. 1. A strong culture followed by everyone up and down the chain as LGI intended. OR 2. Lazy leadership that does not follow the culture but will benefit from everyone's efforts below them.

      Great Company

      Pros

      System based company My Team is pretty awesome My sales manager is really focused on my goals Our CEO is very focused on the Culture of this company.

      Cons

      Office Managers are given a lot of responsibilities but not everyone realizes HOW MUCH they do and they receive very little compensation. Although I am grateful that we are given a cost of living raise every year, everyone gets the exact same raise, no matter if you had an outstanding performance. Even the people who don't do their jobs get the same raise as you. There is no true incentive to do great.
