Growing company Training Ramp up

Cons

Never really make what others do in other cities and states. No pto policy In office with 3-6 other reps to share leads.

Pros

-Best Sales Training from A-Z -Great Commission Structure -Weekly Training Sessions -Guaranteed 2 days off during the week -The people you work with end up being an extension of your family -Big on Recognition

Cons

-Must work Saturdays and Sundays -No cross selling communities -Majority of the leads that come from Social Media don’t lead anywhere -Not allowed to do your own marketing until recently, and now it’s being pushed massively (too late)

Great training and communication to reps.

Cons

And limits you on inventory. Not a volume Builder anymore.
