Pros

Car and phone allowance, draw pay is probably the best in the industry.

Cons

The so called "Best sales system in the industry" is a myth. Not a diverse company. Behind in all its processes. Buyers rarely want to live anywhere they build because it's typically so far from the city.

Pros

Great benifits, and there is a proven system to train on and sell with. Everyone is very positive for the most part.

Cons

Certain communities don't fit the sales process 100% and LGI Homes should be quicker to adapt with the times.

Pros

Great culture. Very structured. Company focuses on employee goals.

Cons

Sales process is a great foundation but can seem a little like a timeshare pitch.
