Pros

-High commission per transaction -There's a lot structure and organization. Theres a process for every part of the business. -Management is committed to your success.

Cons

-Little to no work/life balance. 10-12 hour days and working on days off is normal if you want to succeed. -Company is devoted to traditional/outdated sales techniques that hardly work on the modern customer. -You have to sift through A LOT of unqualified leads to make a sale.

Pros

The people and managers are mostly really great. The benefits are decent. Incentives are nice after being employed there for a year.

Cons

It's a very cult-like environment. (they will even admit this) The Office Manager position is extremely undervalued and underpaid. Strongly encouraged early on to submit a glassdoor review, before even experiencing the natural work environment. Communication from the start is non-existent or misleading. This position is paid the least but, is the only one requiring a college degree. A lot of incentives are thrown in your face, but can not be obtained unless you work there for a year. Every day is like a walking reminder of it. There is hardly any freedom to talk about important topics with coworkers or management. They will dance around the subject.

Pros

The Commission is uncapped but you have to get selected for the right community. Some of the best have quit because of 6 month home shortages, draw pay running out, lumber shortage or interest rates being too high. Goal sessions with a great manager. Management issues could be your downfall.

Cons

Home shortages Investor relations Interest rates too high Worst clients and a lot of calls about accepting vouchers Section 8 Favoritism Working every weekend with only 2 weekends off a year. It’s chess not checkers… be a thinking rhino or you’ll fail miserably.
