      This is NOT the company you want to work for.

      Cons

      Horrible management. Paid by draw, that you have to pay back before you recieve commissions. Horrible hours. No tranperancy.

      It’s a great place to work for with constant training and positive attitude and goal oriented Lots of leads

      Cons

      Long hours with mandatory weekends (now we don’t even get a Sunday off) I wish with seasoned veterans we could have one day of the weekend off to have some more work/life balance. Lots of unqualified leads (Facebook especially)

      Pros

      Great training overall. I enjoyed training with Mike and Eric, the COO and CEO, out in Texas. Positive in general. The company cares about their people.

      Cons

      "No be backs" meaning if you leave the company for whatever reason, you are not able to be rehired. I understand if an employee left to go work for a competitor but if someone needs to leave for personal/family reasons then they should be given a chance to go back. My manager was very mean and did not care about my feelings which goes against some of the company's values. And to expect a new employee to buy a new car before starting is a little much.
