Zero work life balance never enough homes to sell. purposely putting too many sales people in office to fight over houses if you have any kind of a hart for anybody you will not make it here just a note people that say there people focused are 100% not

“Boys club mentality” If you aren’t IN the club, you are astrocized and have no future for advancement, regardless of performance. They beat you up until you question your own worth outside of the organization.
