      If you are not accustomed to working every weekend and you are not self driven then you need not apply.

      Pros

      LGI Homes has the best culture of any industry. We focus on process', working as a team, constantly improving, focused on growing people, a ton of training, and helping employees achieve personal and financial results. We pay extremely well, in fact we're the highest paying organization in the industry. If you don't mind working hard towards achieving endless financial and personal success, this is the place for you. Goals are a daily subject around LGI Home offices because we believe in setting goals, but most importantly achieving them. LGI also believes in leading people Idiosyncratically! This means I can be myself but also develop personally at my own growth pace. The earning potential is really incredible here at LGI as long as you have the work ethic and are coachable. I've achieved more financial growth each year since I joined my LGI family. Lastly, my family is extremely thankful and are bought into the "LGI LIFE". They've seen my growth as a person and I have been able to provide a lot for them.

      Cons

      LGI Homes requires a tremendous amount of time just like any other industry where you have a high earning potential. Though we encourage life/balance, sometimes it can be challenging. I've learned when to turn it off and re fuel when needed and I've gotten a ton of support from leadership.

      Great Culture, High Commisions, and plenty of inventory. Truly people focused and growing with opportunity

      You get paid the most but you will put in the hours in to be successful
