      Pros

      We have endless possibilities for learning. This is my first "adult" job out of college, and I have learned so much outside of what the classroom could teach--communication skills, email skills, Excel skills. Our leadership team truly cares about employees and know us by name (and our significant others, and children, and pets). We get a good amount of vacation time.

      Cons

      We work hard, which can turn some people off and scare some people away. We do not have a job; we have responsibilities that need to get taken care of so the company can thrive. If those responsibilities need to get taken care of outside some normal hours, then so be it.
