I work in the corporate office for LGI Homes and love it! Upon arrival I immediately felt like I was apart of a strong team comradery, and have enjoyed the sense of belonging ever since I started. Prior to this position, I didn't have any experience in the homebuilding industry, but throughout my training I learned so much and after completion felt equipped to effectively complete my tasks and be successful here. The company culture is thorough and is felt in every aspect of what we do, which makes coming to work comforting knowing that everyone is on the same page. LGI is also very considerate when it comes to having a work life balance and I've never felt overwhelmed by work load or feeling over worked. I would highly recommend working here to my friends and family and feel like if you value strong culture, are goal oriented and want to reach your highest potential, this is the place for you!

Cons

Working at LGI Homes is a fully in person position which for some is a negative, however I've learned that I prefer the face to face interactions.

Cons

- Can take a while to be compensated appropriately - Not the best health care plan
