      Pros

      Actually being heard. I have spoken with upper level leadership and local leadership and feel as though I'm truly heard. I can have candid conversations about my goals, both personal and professional, and feel supported in my journey to reach them. Supports from corporate has been fantastic.

      Cons

      The ONLY con is that the rate of pay is on the low end for my position/what I handle.

      Zero work life balance never enough homes to sell. purposely putting too many sales people in office to fight over houses if you have any kind of a hart for anybody you will not make it here just a note people that say there people focused are 100% not
