Pros

If you love sales, this company should be at the top of your list! Great culture, great pay, great benefits, etc...

Cons

Could be extremely hard if you have a family, 8 hour shifts during the week, getting homes lat, and super long weekend shifts. Can be pretty flexible if you have family events or other events you must attend.

Working at LGI

Pros

It is good for entry level sales or those that don't want to be involved in the usual Realtor tasks.

Cons

Micro management, like working at a car dealership not a new home sales environment. Pay is very low because the office is intentionally overstaffed for the amount of sales.
