Pros

Having a system in place that we can work from. Managers that are always training us to be better. Always having someone there to help resolve problems or questions.

Cons

Cant say there's anything because we are constant never ending improvement.

Pros

LGI is extremely people focused. Not just on their customers but also on their employees. They focus on constant and never-ending improvement and provide weekly training.

Cons

I can't think of any at this time.

No Future at this Company

Pros

You learn a lot about acquisitions and development.

Cons

The company is hard headed and refuses to be a hybrid role. LGI institutes cult like behavior that upper management blindly follow. The only way to a promotion is not through hard work, good decisions, and dedication, but rather through brown nosing and kissing up to management.
