Not enough staff appreciation. No connection to other therapists. Owner seems money hungry. He will also yell a lot in the office towards some staff, so unethical. Clients can also be difficult because admin struggles to match you with appropriate fit. They just put in whoever is available and accepts the insurance.

Gets pretty busy at times and can be mentally exhausting during those times due to and depending on the role but over all is a fulfilling job
