      Pros

      You have the ability to individually provide excellent care to the patients in the community until they overburden you with the workload.

      Cons

      LHC works their employees into the ground!!!They are consistently short-staffed and have constant turnover. Rather than apply I would run!!! There are many other companies in the area that will treat you better!

      The worst company ever. Steal from employees cut patient care due solely to corporate greed. Unethical. Cannot keep help constant turnover. Just don’t even bother. Let this place close and allow a good company to take over. No more corporate greed. This company must love Trump because they’ve been cheating their employees and patients. Hope someone buys them out. No doctor should refer patients to them. Close down please. Do us all a huge favor and go away c
