Pretty good benefits, therapy team communicated well

Office staff and managerial staff had no idea what was going on, short staffed, turnover, patients got lost in the system

Pros

Salary (no clocking in and out remotely); flexibility with hours and schedule; not stuck in a building every day.

Cons

Lots of on-call requirements, which changes almost constantly based on staffing - if many nurses quit, you might be on call 2-3 days per week in addition to your 40 hours; Salary means no OT, even if you work 60hrs per week. Low compensation for visits made while on call (pay per visit is low, sometimes amounts to $7/hr or less). Not a lot of support or understanding from administrators.
