Competitive pay, good management.

Cons

Many un-happy employees, and lots of negative energy amongst workers which creates high turn-over. When you have a solution or a problem, it goes up the chain of bureaucracy and never gets resolved.

somewhat competitive salary, average benefits, average paid time off

Cons

The company is very corporate. The CEO and upper management (and lower management office staff) are primarily focused on number of discharges vs number of admits...it seems like every admit is just a number and not an actual human in need. The company is also oddly obsessed with completion of monthly courses which must be completed under the threat of termination. In addition these courses must be completed on your own time (not during work/patient hours).

Please stop with the "motivational email!"

The work was good until rehab care employees were contracted and given all of our clients. NO loyalty to employees.

Cons

We all think the motivational emails are a joke. If we want a computer generated daily motivation we can sign up for own on the internet. Now that we have to use the tablet email for everything the excess emails just clutter it up. We don't think for one second this company is about anything other than money.
