Business Outlook
Pros
The health insurance benefits they offer are great. It is a growing company, so there's room for career growth. The amount of PTO accumulated is good compared to other employers I've worked for.
Cons
It's almost impossible to get a raise greater than 1.5%. With each acquisition the company lays off good employees only to hire new ones with a lesser salary later. The work load is almost impossible for the office manager when you are expected to complete the office assistant tasks also.
